How do I get to KeyArena?
From I-5 north or south, take the Mercer Street exit. At the first light turn right. Take a left at the next light onto Valley, which turns into Broad. Go straight and take a right on Denny, and then a right on First Avenue North KeyArena will be on your right.
Where is the First Avenue North Parking Garage located?
The parking garage is located on First Avenue North, one block south of KeyArena.
Tickets
What if my tickets are lost or stolen?
If your tickets are stolen, please call your Suite Services Team at (206) 272-2678 with the police case number. With the case number, appropriate action can be taken if the stolen tickets arrive at KeyArena. If your tickets are lost, please call your Suite Services Team at (206) 272-2678. Depending on the circumstance, you may be charged for the replacement tickets to be printed. Remember to keep your tickets in a safe place.
Where can I get additional tickets?
The Seattle Fire Department fire code places a 20-person maximum on each suite. If all 20 tickets have been distributed, then no more tickets to that suite can be acquired. For concerts however, there are 16 tickets available for each suite and four more may be available for purchase. Contact your sales rep or Suite Services for more information. In the instance that not all tickets to a suite are in use, guest passes may be issued to those with valid event tickets and may then access the Suite Level.
What is the minimum age for a person requiring a ticket?
For all Sonics and Storm games, children under the age of two years do NOT need a ticket to access KeyArena. For all other events, please call ahead for confirmation.
Parking
Where can I get a parking pass?
Parking passes are only available to suite guests and can be acquired through the suite’s owner.
Food
Where is the nearest place I can get a mixed drink?
For most events, there is a cash bar located outside of Suite 19 on the Suite Concourse.
Where is the nearest place I can get food?
Your suite offers exclusive Suite Catering through Aramark. You may press the “order food” button on your phone within your suite to contact the catering office. KeyArena has many options available for food. The Red Club and Green Club are located on the main concourse. The DiGiorno Club is located on the lower main concourse along with the FSN HD Lounge (located by Aisle 127). Concession stands are also available on the upper and main concourses.
Can I bring food or beverages with me into KeyArena?
Outside food and beverages are NOT allowed within KeyArena.
Can I bring a birthday cake into a suite for a birthday party?
Birthday cakes are the only outside food or beverage allowed to be brought into KeyArena. Decorations may be used within your suite, but balloons are strictly prohibited.
Suite Will Call
Where is Suite Will Call?
Suite Will Call is located at the southwest corner of KeyArena at the Suite Concierge Desk located just inside of the Suites Entry.
How do I use Suite Will Call?
Tickets may be dropped off within 90 minutes prior to the start of every event. If you’d like to drop off tickets sooner, they may be left at the Sonics & Storm Team Offices. Call (206) 281-5800 for more information. Please note that photo ID is required whenever a guest is picking up their tickets from Suite Will Call.
Door Times and Entry
When can I enter KeyArena for my event?
Suite ticket holders may enter the Suites Entry 90 minutes prior to the start of every event at KeyArena. Disabled guests without suite tickets can use the Suites Entry 60 minutes prior to the start of every event at KeyArena.
When do I have to leave my Suite?
Guests are not required to vacate their suite until 60 minutes after the conclusion of an event. After 60 minutes, guests will be asked to leave.
If I am disabled or with a disabled guest, where can I enter KeyArena?
All three main entrances to KeyArena are accessible for the disabled. KeyArena has two elevators which are located in the southwest corner and the south side of the lower bowl.
Miscellaneous
Where can I smoke?
Smoking areas are located outside of the northwest upper concourse by Section 211 and outside of the Suite Entrance.
Where can I find an ATM?
ATMs are located on the Key’s main concourse by Aisle 127, and also in the KeyBank Corner, in the northeast corner of KeyArena.
If something is broken in my suite and needs repair or maintenance, who do I call?
The Suite Concierge can handle your request at (206) 448-6798, or if you are calling after an event, Kevin Kepler will be able to assist you at (206) 272-2564.
What are the hours for the Sonics & Storm Team Shop?
The Sonics & Storm Team Shop on KeyArena’s West Plaza is open Monday-Thursday 10 a.m. – 6 p.m., Friday and Saturday 10 a.m. – 7 p.m., and Sundays 12 - 5 p.m. After Sonics and Storm games, the Team Shop will remain open until every fan has left the arena. Click here for more information.
Can I get my photo taken at the game?
Yes you can. Contact the concierge desk and we’ll send someone right up.
Can I bring a camera into KeyArena?
Unfortunately not, for the enjoyment of those around you, the use of professional camera equipment, laser pointers, flash photography and smokeless tobacco are prohibited in KeyArena.
Can I get Sonics Mascot “Squatch” to visit my suite?
Yes you can! Contact your Suite Services Coordinator at (206) 272-2564 to arrange a visit.
How do I get a message on the Arenavision?
Please call or e-mail your Suite Services Coordinator at (206) 272-2564 with the message you would like to display on ArenaVision. Prices will vary, so call for information.
